User Settings are used to store your personal preferences and application settings.
To access your User Settings:
• Users with the Vendor User role: click SETTINGS located in the Top Navigation bar of every page
• Users with the Vendor Admin role: click SETTINGS located in the Top Navigation bar of every page to reach the main Administration page, and then click EDIT YOUR SETTINGS
USER INFO
You can edit your user profile, including name and contact information in the USER INFO section.
Note that fields denoted with an asterisk (*) are required.
Email and INBOX Notification
When you are first activated as a system user, your email and INBOX notifications are set to “ON” for all message types. You can change how you want to receive messages and notifications sent by the system (INBOX, email address, or both) by checking and unchecking the checkboxes next to each notification type. For some notification types, you may not have a choice.
TIME ZONE
You can change how dates are displayed by selecting your preferred time zone.
Change Password
To change your password, click the Change Password button. The CHANGE PASSWORD page appears and prompts you to enter the following:
• old password
• new password
• confirm password
Your new password must meet the following requirements:
• password cannot be blank
• password is 6 or more characters in length
• password contains at least one non-alphabetic character
• password does not contain a User ID
• password is not the User ID
Note: User ID and password are case-sensitive
Click submit. Your new password will take effect the next time you log into the system.
