The following features are available to suppliers in the Activity Center of the portal:
• Create new dispute: Create a new dispute via web form
• Upload disputes via file: Create and submit one or more disputes via file upload to Office Depot
• List my disputes in the draft: List disputes that have been drafted but not submitted to Office Depot
• List disputes pending my resolution: List disputes that are pending your resolution (an Office Depot Associate has requested proof of delivery)
• List disputes pending Office Depot action: List disputes that have been submitted to Office Depot and pending action by an Office Depot Associate
