There are several dispute features that enable users to effectively monitor and resolve disputes during the resolution process.
Add Attachment
On each dispute, users can add multiple attachments that can be downloaded by anyone (other users within your organization or Office Depot users) who views or is currently working on the dispute. The only accepted file format is PDF. The maximum size of each file is 20 MB.
History
The History section of each dispute displays all activity on the dispute. There is an entry for each action taken on the dispute, including any messages or comments by the user who performed the action. Dialog messages are also included in the History section; you can also directly respond to a Dialog message from the History entry.
Add Dialog
You can send an email directly from the dispute details page to the Office Depot Vendor Assistant working on the dispute. Please make sure to enter the correct email address for the Office Depot Vendor Assistant whom you are contacting. You can also send a dialog message to another system user within your vendor organization.
Dialog messages are delivered to the email address that is entered in the TO: and CC: fields. If the email address matches the one associated with the user account, it will also be delivered to the user’s INBOX.
Note that only one email address is accepted in the TO: and CC: fields.
Please also note that sending a dialog message to an Office Depot Vendor Assistant does not resubmit the dispute to Office Depot for action.
