You can monitor disputes as they progress through the dispute resolution process. Every dispute has a status that indicates where it is in the process:
- Draft: A valid dispute has been saved as a draft but not submitted to Office Depot
- Error Draft: Dispute with error(s) has been saved and cannot be submitted to Office Depot
- Pending Office Depot: Dispute (submitted to Office Depot) is pending resolution by Office Depot
- Held For Settlement: Dispute (submitted to Office Depot) has been held for settlement and pending further action by Office Depot
- Requested POD: Dispute (submitted to Office Depot) has been sent back to you by an Office Depot Vendor Assistant with a request for proof of delivery
- Paid: Dispute (submitted to Office Depot) has been paid by Office Depot • Denied: dispute (submitted to Office Depot) payment has been denied by Office Depot
- Settled: Dispute (submitted to Office Depot) has been settled by Office Depot
