The links on the Left Navigation bar provide access to your INBOX and to predefined standard dispute listing views.
Users with the Vendor User role can conveniently view disputes in the system by clicking one of the DISPUTES links:
• DRAFT: List disputes that have been drafted but not submitted to Office Depot
• PENDING OFFICE DEPOT: List disputes that have been submitted to Office Depot and pending action by an Office Depot Vendor Assistant
• HELD FOR SETTLEMENT: List disputes that have been submitted to Office Depot and are being held for settlement
• REQUESTED POD: List disputes that are pending your resolution (an Office Depot Vendor Assistant has requested Proof Of Delivery)
When selecting any of the dispute links, a list of all disputes in that category will be displayed. Select the specific dispute to obtain detailed information. Click on any column header to sort. There are also additional controls for paging through the listing.
Users with only the Vendor Admin role cannot work on disputes, and, therefore, do not have the DISPUTES links for the standard listing views
