1. Log into the Dispute Resolution System at https://my.directcommerce.com/Login.jsp?customer=officedepot
2. Your User ID and temporary password are included in the Welcome Email that is sent to you when your user account is initially created
3. If this is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to change your password, using the following guidelines:
- a password cannot be blank
- password is 6 or more characters in length
- the password contains at least one non-alphabetic character
- password does not contain a User ID
- password is not the User ID
- User ID and password are case-sensitive
