If you are subject to the fee, once you log into the Electronic Dispute Portal, the following message will display when your licensing fee is due:
Click Pay Now to process your electronic payment.
You will be able to continue working on the Electronic Dispute Portal until the specified due date. Once the due date has passed, you will be required to pay the fee.
